CUPPING

Cupping was developed thousands of years ago and remained in use for more than 2000 years in Europe and China. Cupping involves placing glass, bamboo or plastic jars on the skin and creating a vacuum by suctioning out the air.

Nowadays, at Acupuncture & Yoga Holistic Therapy, we use a pump in order to create vacuum inside the cup.
