Our acupuncture patients are treated using very thin, solid needles which will be place in different places according with the issue addressed.

At Holistic Yoga & Chinese Medicine, we use sterile single use needles that are engineered to be PAINLESS. The purpose of the treatment is not to create pain but to stimulate the body in order to get a healing response.

Life is a very complex process directing thousands of activities including circulation, sensation, inspiration, awareness and the tides and flow of emotional waves. For the purpose of understanding will comprehensivly use 3 stages:

The task of the acupuncturist is to restore balance and unity to the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of being.

Cupping was developed thousands of years ago and remained in use for more than 2000 years in Europe and China. Cupping involves placing glass, bamboo or plastic jars on the skin and creating a vacuum by suctioning out the air.

Nowadays, at Holistic Yoga & Chinese Medicine, we use a pump in order to create vacuum inside the cup.
